Hello, My name is Thomas and I started mildly looking for a home in late November 2017 on my own. I would definitely say that I was originally very skeptical about retaining an agent because of some of the unpleasant stories I've heard in the past from friends and associates. The story from there is a true testament that good things come to those that wait. My mortgage loan officer highly recommended Anna Bishop as some Super Star Agent, which I was still a little apprehensive. After I did a little due diligence on Ms. Bishop I gave her a call and immediately I knew she would be the person that would find the perfect house for me. Anna met me that evening after I got off work at a home that I was very interested in seeing. That said, it was a very nice floor plan but I knew that I was going to need to spend some money on updating to my specifications. The following morning as I was drafting an e-mail to Anna to let her know I was going to pass on the property she called me out of the blue with news that they had dropped the price on the home. After discussing with her we put a bid on the home and the rest is history! Not only was this the first and only house I looked at, but from there Anna really stepped her game up! Anna walked me thru the complete process and made sure all my concerns were met before closing 30 days later! I will definitely be recommending Anna going forward to anyone I meet that is interested in buying or selling a home in the Memphis area because it was by far the best customer service I could have ever dreamed of.
